Scott Johnson

President and CEO

In 2009 Scott Johnson co-founded eBusiness BPO. Prior to that, he has developed several companies specializing in retail and financial services in the United States for more than 35 years. Scott is an expert in revitalizing failing businesses and bringing them back to operational efficiency which has become his greatest asset in creating eBusiness BPO. He has acquired an extensive solutions-based and entrepreneurial background over the years.

Scott believes that management success is pre-determined by the management approach. Thus, him becoming a hands-on capitalist to ensure that eBusiness is heading towards success.

His philosophy has been very effective and the number shows in the growth of eBusiness, from seven (7) to one thousand (1,000) employees and counting, in a very short span of time. He is driven towards achieving his primary goal to provide twenty thousand (20,000) jobs in the coming years.

Almira Absin

Chief Operating Officer

Almira Absin is a co-founder of eBusiness BPO. Her realm of expertise is training and workforce. She has been managing for at least a decade. She has transformed Language Schools and Institutes’ number of students to hundreds in just a short period of time thereby increasing the academes’ revenue. Her accomplishments challenged her to transition from university setting to the corporate world in 2007.

Almira is a very result oriented leader. She believes that SUCCESS is a combination of perspiration and inspiration thru strict discipline with emphasis on company’s mission and vision

Burg Hughes

Vice President of Operations

With over 25 years of Customer Service Leadership experience, Burg brings a unique understanding of client expectations to his role with Azpired because prior to joining the BPO industry he was a client doing business in the Philippines for over a decade. Burg's background includes experience with both B2C and B2B service gained at Fortune 500 companies including Officemax and Federated Department Stores.

Burg served as Vice-President of Operations with BuySeasons, where his teams earned BizRate's Circle of Excellence Award three consecutive years, placing them in the top 3% of online customer service. Burg also served as Vice-President of Consumer Service for Teleflora where he drove industry leading service and sales numbers. Burg's early experience included Staples where he founded their North American quality assurance department and later launched Staples first multi-channel contact center. Burg's industry expertise has been shared as a speaker at events including the Call Center Network Group, ICMI's Contact Center Conference and Expo, and CRM Magazine's Customer Service Experience.
